The
approach and objectives for the injured worker are very similar
to our highly successful Sports Medicine Program. Our goal for
the injured worker (Industrial Athlete) is to return him or her
safely to the same level of participation prior to their injury.
We
are very pro-active in our treatment protocol in returning the
injured worker to the workplace while preserving the worker's
personal safety. Education of workers will help prevent or diminish
injuries through expedient care and treatment. This is accomplished
through our Corporate Wellness Program, which strives to reduce
work time loss through on-site screenings and education programs.
